Barcelona
'Los Cules' have a firm grip on the La Liga title, 11 points ahead of second-placed Atletico Madrid, whilst they will face off with Sevilla for the Copa del Rey on April 21. In terms of the Champions League, they have a 4-1 aggregate lead going into the away leg with Roma on Tuesday and will be one of the favourites to lift the trophy come the end of May.
Bayern Munich
Having just secured their sixth consecutive Bundesliga crown, the Bavarian club are chomping at the bits to add more silverware to their collection. Ahead of them is a DFB-Pokal semi-final with Bayer Leverkusen and a finely poised Champions League quarter-final return leg with Sevilla on Wednesday, having won the first fixture 2-1.
Juventus
The 'Bianconeri' are currently four points ahead of Napoli in Serie A in the tightest title race across Europe's big five leagues and will face AC Milan in the final of the Italian Cup on May 5. However, their place in the Champions League semi-final is under threat having lost 3-0 to Real Madrid in the first leg.
Manchester City
Although they blew their chance to win the Premier League against Manchester United at the weekend, City have a 13-point cushion ahead of second place and will undoubtedly lift the title at some point to add to the League Cup they already won in February. However, they too face an uphill battle to qualify for the next round of the Champions League after suffering a 3-0 defeat to Liverpool in their quarter-final first fixture.
