The youngster's 14 goals in 39 Championship games this campaign has attracted a lot of interest from heavyweights across Europe but also that of the English Football Association (EFL).
During their awards ceremony for the season, Sessegnon picked up Young Player of the Season, a place in the Championship's Team of the Season and EFL's developed XI as well as Apprentice of the Year.
In addition, the winger scooped up the most illustrious prize: Championship Player of the Year ahead of team-mate Tom Cairney and Wolves' Ruben Neves and was understandably shocked with the news.
He told reporters: "I never expected to win Young Player or Player of the Season because there is some fantastic competition - Ruben Neves at Wolves, James Maddison at Norwich and Tom Cairney here at Fulham. To win those two awards is a special feeling".
Sessegnon has also been placed on the shortlist for PFA Young Player of the Year - the first to appear from outside of the top flight - where he will join Harry Kane, Ederson, Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane and Marcos Rashford.
