The Portuguese joined an exclusive group alongside former Real Madrid star Iker Casillas (167) and Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez (151) as one of just three players to reach milestone in the competition.
With Casillas set to leave Porto at the end of the season and Ronaldo in arguably the form of his life there is no reason why the 33-year-old could not go on to claim the record outright.
Prior to Wednesday night, Ronaldo's record in Europe's premier club competition was as follows: 119 goals and 36 assists in 149 games.
As if that weren't enough, he also has four titles to his name, having won three in the last four years with 'Los Blancos'.
Without doubt, a Champions League great.
