The playmaker, seemingly inspired by the glowing endoresment he received from club president Jean-Michel Aulas ahead of the game, made an instant impact at the Groupama Stadium.
With just two minutes gone, the 24-year-old lined up a free kick out on the right some 35 yards out.
With his team-mates waiting in the middle for a cross, Fekir proceeded to whip the ball into the near corner via a kiss off the post, catching PSG goalkeeper Alphonse Areola completely by surprise.
It was a stunning strike from the France international, but no less than we have come to expect from the man who has half of Europe fighting for his signature.
