Venezuelan Deyna Castellanos, Frenchman Olivier Giroud and South African Oscarine Masuluke are the three lucky parties vying to take home the much sought-after award this evening.
Castellanos' sensational strike from almost the halfway line helped Venezuela to victory over Cameroon in the U17 Women's World Cup and leads the shortlist, alongisde Giroud's spectacular scorpion kick for Arsenal against Crystal Palace and Masuluke's dramatic late overhead kick.

The trio weren't the only ones to make waves with their goals this year though, with the likes of Kevin-Prince Boateng (Ghana, Las Palmas), Alejandro Carmago (Argentina, Universidad de Concepción), Moussa Dembele (Celtic, France), Aviles Hurtado (Colombia, Tijuana Xolos), Mario Mandzukic (Croatia, Juventus), Nemanja Matic (Serbia, Chelsea) and Jordi Mboula (Spain, Barcelona B) all featuring on the original longlist.
The winner will be announced on Monday evening during a FIFA gala at the London Palladium, which strike gets your vote?
