Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan believes new signings Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku have settled into the Manchester United squad and are ready to make an impact in the upcoming season.
Lukaku has already opened his account for the Red Devils, scoring on his debut in Tuesday's friendly win over Real Salt Lake.
Mkhitaryan told United's website, 'They are training well, they are very good guys and we are trying to help them to adapt.'
'It is very important for them and us to get into the team as quickly as they can because we need them for the start of the season. We are doing our best to help them settle.'
Meanwhile, striker Marcus Rashford says Lukaku has joined the club at the right time and is keen to form a dangerous attacking force with the Belgian.
'He's gone through a phase in his career now and he's coming up to his prime years and he has been scoring a lot of goals for the last three or four years," Rashford said.
'I think he is in a good place in his career and he has probably come here at the right time.'
'I think what I can learn from him and what we can learn from each other is when we play together it is getting the relationship off the pitch and bringing it on to the pitch.'
'We are still getting to know each other off the pitch and that's what a team is, we have to get to know each other on and off the pitch.'
United meet local rivals Manchester City in their first International Champions Cup game in Houston. The game kicks off in the early hours of Friday morning.
