Christian Benteke joined Crystal Palace last summer from Liverpool and signed a four-year contract. However, he has already been linked with a move to other clubs.
The 26-year-old has been quite successful in the first half of his first season, scoring eight goals in 20 appearances. His coach Sam Allardyce has
"Unless the chairman knows any different from me, Christian Benteke is not for sale," he told SkySports. "I think he'll be available for this weekend.
"I'm planning on him being here at the end of this window. He's scored eight goals already and he's got a big part to play.
He also talked about his aim for this season: "Strengthening attack is not my priority. Keeping clean sheets is a priority for me, it's imperative we stop letting goals in. We may look at other areas once we strengthen those defensive areas."
